President’s Note

As president of this society I am honored to serve and work on the challenges presented me in my role. I have the following goals for the society as I move forward in my role.

Establish short and long term plans for increasing our operating and endowment funds thru grants and fund raisers

Establish a budget for planning purposes

Formalize a policy for our endowment fund

Increase our library with more historical documents

Activate more member involvement in our programs

Increase external and internal society communication/publicity for our society

Provide strong management, of our board meetings to gain improved communication and effectiveness

In order to accomplish the above goals, we need to work together as a society. As volunteers we need to have fun and obtain satisfaction in our accomplishments. I look forward to working with all members in our society as we move forward in the future.
